Request approval of the First Amendment to Interlocal Agreement for Allocation and Implementation of National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Program Requirements #10704 (a program partially funded by Public Works) and the Second Amendment to the Interlocal Local Agreement for Establishment of an Illicit Discharge Detective and Elimination Program and Stormwater Public Outreach #10705 (a program implemented by EPD on behalf of City of Gainesville, Alachua County, and FDOT).
