Background:
As Facilities Preservation projects are deemed complete, we request to move funds from projects ready to be closed so that these funds can be used to complete new projects. The judges’ elevators at the Criminal Courthouse require extensive work. We have also been asked to replace the floor coverings in the judges’ chambers. Approval of this amendment will allow us to move forward on both new projects.
