Background:
Public Works has been leasing three (3) motor graders for road maintenance, with the last lease term being five (5) years. This lease term is expiring, and the department is requesting a new lease agreement with Deere Credit, Inc. for a five (5) year lease of three (3) 2022 John Deere 670 G motor graders based on current SourceWell pricing.
The department has tested other makes and models in recent months, to ensure this is the appropriate size and style of machine to cost effectively provide road maintenance.
