Description:

KnowledgeLake is Alachua County's document repository. The system currently stores over 1.2 million documents for the County since 2012.  In 2020 the County entered an Addendum Agreement with Knowledgelake to transition the data to transition to a Software and a Service relationship and move the Data to the Azure Cloud. This amendment  increases payment to Knowledgelake for increased usage

Approve the Amendment to the First Amendment to KnowledgeLake  Addendum Agreement For Software as a Service with Cloud Storage to allow for continuation of services with cloud torage and authorize the Chair to sign.

Background:

ITS has been working with KnowledgeLake to migrate to the newest software version. This version moved KnowledgeLake to the cloud. For 2023 we will renew the agreement with additional cloud storage added to our existing three year contract. With this additional service added ITS will be able to move all existing KnowledgeLake documents to the cloud.
