Recommended Action

Approve Recommended Mini Art Tag Funding Awards as recommended by the Alachua County Arts Council and authorize the issuance of purchase orders.

Background:

Applications for the Mini Art Tag Grants were submitted to the Alachua County Arts Council (as no matching grant applications were received). On September 12, 2022, the Advisory Committee met in a public meeting to discuss their independent scoring, resulting in the recommended funding levels (attached and below):

 

                     Mini Grants - $1,000 each - Quincy Flynt, Corey Williams, Alix Knowles, and Gianelle Gelpi
