Background:

Guardian Ad Litem moved to their current location at 14 South Main Street (the old DOCS Building) January 1, 2011 and began their lease with G.I. Holdings, Inc. On March 31, 2022, the property was purchased by City Church of Gainesville, Inc. City Church has assumed the lease that will expire on September 30, 2022. This new lease will be for the period October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2024.
