Background:
The Percipio eLearning platform has increased employee engagement, confidence, and skills to make a real, measurable impact on our business over the past year. The recently new Percipio eLearning system has given learners the ability to search for content or answers using an in-browser search function, getting instant access to what is needed without having to log into another system. Percipio features a personalized homepage where learners can track their goals, launch recommended and popular content, and follow designated learning paths. Each learner is assigned a series of Alachua County compliance courses yearly and direct supervisors are given automated report notifications on staff training that can be utilized through their annual performance evaluations. For administrators, Percipio provides reports and dashboards for easy data visualization of assignments, programs, and usage, so we can better articulate the ROI, value, and business impact of learning across our organization.
