Limestone Products Change Order #1 to Purchase Order 2022-812

 

Recommended Action:

Recommended Action

Approve the issuance of Change Order #1 to Purchase Order 2022-812, to Limestone Products, in the amount of $80,000.00, for the purchase of Base Limerock and Mine Stabilizing Limerock. The revised Purchase Order total is $180,000.00.  Pricing, terms and conditions are per Annual Bid 20-3 Annual Mine Base Limerock & Mine Stabilizing Limerock.
