Background:

At it’s workshop on September 6th, the Board issued a “zoning in progress” and requested that Staff prepare an ordinance placing a six month moratorium on the acceptance of new development plans for Cottage Neighborhoods to allow time to consider Comprehensive Plan and Unified Land Development Code changes for Cottage Neighborhoods. The ordinance language was approved upon first reading on September 27th.
