Background:

The purpose of the replat is to remove notes on the plat stating “this area to remain in natural state with no modifications to earth or plant life” and provide setbacks consistent with other lots. There are no conservation resources on the property. A replat for the same request was approved for the adjacent Lot 30 in 1992.

The Board of County Commissioners must determine that the replat is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and the Unified Land Development Code. The Board of County Commissioners has the authority to approve the reviewed replat per Section 401.02(e)10.
