Consider the applications for one (1) citizen-at-large vacancy on the Land Conservation Board

Appoint one (1) citizen-at-large to the Land Conservation Board for a partial term ending 12/31/2021.

Background:

The Land Conservation board was created by the Board of County Commissioners in 2000. The eleven citizen (plus one alternate) Land Conservation Board recommends properties to the Board of County Commissioners for acquisition through the Alachua County Forever Program and makes recommendations on stewardship issues. Membership qualifications are provided under section 36.03 of the Alachua County Code.
