Description:
The North Central Collection Center (project #9197601) is in need of improvements and repairs to keep the center operating efficiently. Initial work order was issued to JBrown Professional Group to develop an initial master plan depicting the proposed improvements in the amount of $39,244. In order for JBrown to complete their initial master plan: geotechnical services, landscape plans, and development review fees of approximately $20,000 need to be added to the project which brings total project amount to over $50,000 which requires Board approval.

Approve the North Central Collection Center Project (proj# 9197601) and approve the budget amendment moving $20,000 from appropriate reserves in Rural Collection Centers Fund to professional services engineering.

Background:
Historically, the North Central Collection Center has had some Stormwater drainage issues which have kept the center from being able to fully utilize the site where it is located. Additionally, there are other repairs/improvements which staff wanted to look at while addressing the drainage issues. These issues are detailed below:
