Description:

The Metamorphosis grant award annual total is $288,764.00. The Mobile Crisis Response Team grant award annual total is $155,862.00

 

Recommended Action:

Recommended Action

Approve the Lutheran Services of Florida Agreement, Budget Journal and request the County Manager have authority to sign amendments which do not increase or decrease the annual grant allocation by more than 10%.

Background:

Metamorphosis is a long term residential treatment program for adults with substance abuse and/or mental health illness.  The facility has a capacity for 21 clients who participate in a variety of treatment activities.  The Program receives funding from the State of Florida to support it operations.  These funds are also matched with a contribution from the Alachua County General Fund.

 

Mobile Crisis Response Team provides crisis mental health services to people up to the age of 25
