Description:
Lutheran Service of Florida, Inc. (LSF) Amendment 104 is a new contract that reduces the Metamorphosis annual budget by $1,919.00. This is a statewide reduction for the Substance Abuse General Revenue and Substance Abuse Prevention funding from the State of Florida. Amendment 104 also includes provisions for Indemnification and ownership of Intellectual Property.
Lutheran Service of Florida, Inc. (LSF) Amendment 105 increases funding for the Metamorphosis Program to $552,770.00, the Mobile Response Team to $343,307.00 and new funding for 988 National Suicide Prevention Lifeline implementation in the amount of $450,081.00.

1. Approve Amendments #104 and #105. 2. Adopt the Budget Amendments and Resolution for Unanticipated Revenues. 3. Waive the County Policy set forth in Resolution 2014-33 (Indemnification) and County Policy regarding ownership of Intellectual Property. 4. Allow staff to continue negotiating with LSF/DCF regarding the Additional Insured clause. 5. Approve Interfund loans in the amount of $125,000.00 for 988 National Suicide Prevention Lifeline and $100,000.00 for the Mobile Response Team.
