Background:
ESO Solutions, Inc is the reporting software that Alachua County Fire Rescue (ACFR) is currently using. ACFR is contracting through First Pass for quality management software that automatically reviews every report for accuracy and the required information for billing. The second amendment to this contract will allow the interface between ESO Solutions, Inc. and First Pass.
