Approve the ranking of RFP 21-951 A & E Professional Services for the Court Services Support Building as follows:
1. DLR Group
2. Brame Heck Architects, Inc.
3. CMH Architects, Inc.
Approve the above ranking and authorize staff to negotiate a contract for RFP 21-951 A & E Professional Services for the Court Services Support Building with the top ranked firm. Should the staff be unable to negotiate a satisfactory contract with the top ranked firm, negotiations with that firm will be terminated. If needed, negotiations with the second and third ranked firms shall be undertaken in the same manner in order of ranking until a contract is reached.
