Background:
The Agreement with Gaston Tree Debris Recycling, LCC is for the processing and mulching of yard waste collected at the Leveda Brown Environmental Park and Transfer Station. The processed mulch is available free of charge to the public. The original Agreement was approved in April 2020 by the County Manager
