Background:

In 2003, the County entered into a Lease Agreement with Alachua County Farmers Market to lease space that belongs to the County and since that time, the agreement has been renewed each year. The current Lease Agreement was approved December 12, 2017 and allowed for four (4) additional one-year terms. This is the fourth and final renewal period.
