Appoint one Vacant Citizen at Large Member to Recreation and Open Space Advisory Committee with a Term Ending September 30, 2022 and one with a Term Ending September 30, 2025. If Steven Scott (current alternate member) is appointed, select a new alternate member to fill his resulting vacancy with a Term Ending September 30, 2022.

Background:
Two Citizen at Large positions recently became vacant when members were removed due to attendance. The Recreation and Open Space Advisory Committee is a five-member board, plus one alternate, who is responsible to make parks related recommendations to the Board.
