Approve the issuance of Change Order 1 to Purchase Order 2022-475, to Bennett Fire Products Co Inc., in the amount of $38,116.00, for the Uniforms, Bunker Gear and Miscellaneous Items. The revised Purchase Order Total is $157,816.00. Pricing, terms and conditions are per Piggy Back with Lake County, Florida Contract #17-0606B.

$35,616.00 - Carryforward due to Globe bunker gear not being received in FY21 due to shipping delay caused by COVID 19.
$2,500.00 - Increase due to the recent addition of an Assistant Chief 1.0 FTE.
Sufficient budget exists in the MSBU Fire Fund account 011.54.5480.522.52.70 for this increase.
