Background:
The Board’s adopted Impact Fees and Multi-modal Transportation Mitigation Program need to be updated to be based on most recent available data, as required by State Statute. The Update process will include stakeholders in the community and will return to the Board as a workshop prior to adoption. The update will consider the parks and fire impact fees, as well as the transportation impact fee and multi-modal transportation mitigation.
