Approve the budget amendment to reallocate Wild Spaces Public Places funding from Land Conservation and Parks & Open Spaces to be used for Cuscowilla renovations, which was approved during the Board’s January 25, 2022, meeting.
Also approve the changes to update the Capital Improvement Plan.

This is a reallocation of budget already established, actions update budget and the Capital Improvement Plan to coincide with the approvals given at the Board’s January 25, 2022, meeting.
There is no net change in total Wild Spaces Public Places funding.

Background:
$2.7 million is already approved for Cuscowilla renovations out of the Parks allocation; this change would bring renovation costs to $3.7 million for this project. This allocation "from the top" will reduce the amount allocated to Parks & Open Spaces by $120,000 and Conservation Lands by $1,080,000 over the life of the program.
