Approve the issuance of Change Order 1 to Purchase Order 22-1453, to Unison Development LLC, in the amount of $3,500.00, for the removal of a tree affecting the ability to construct a new low income home under the Alachua County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Housing Program, for the Community Support Services Department. The revised Purchase Order Total is $125,200.00.

July 13, 2021, Board approved the Bid Awards for demolition/replacement of seven (7) owner occupied homes of low income residents.
December 8, 2020, Board approved the Updated Housing Assistance Plan (HAP) guidelines for the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG).

Background:
The Change Order Request is for the tree removal permitting, removal of an existing tree, disposal of all debris including removing roots and stump from area where the new foundation and footer will be located. Tree removal to be paid with CDBG Funds.
