Background:
The ranking of the submittals for RFP 21-951 A & E Professional Services for the Court Services Support Building and authorization to negotiate a contract was approved by the BoCC on April 27, 2021.

The services requested include architectural, engineering, and planning services to design the Court Services Support Building on the Alachua County Judicial Justice Center site. The size of the building will be 28,000 square foot; and two stories.

The plan for this facility is to provide space for justice, justice-related occupants. It shall provide space for the Court Services and Court Alternative Services. According to the Alachua County's Downtown Master Space Needs Plan, the facility is programmed to be constructed adjacent to the southwest portion of the existing Criminal Courthouse, along SW 3rd Ave running westward towards the intersection of SW 2nd St, in downtown Gain...
