Background:

The Alachua County School Board is providing breakfast and lunch for our summer campers Monday thru Thursday each week.  Meals may need to be purchased for Fridays for campers and on Monday and Tuesday on the week of July 4th

 

Because staff cannot leave the premises for their lunch breaks due to ratio requirements and time constraints, the School Board will provide staff meals for a fee.  We would also want to provide staff meals on Fridays and Monday and Tuesday on the week of July 4th

 

This requires a Public Purpose declaration from the Board.
