Award the solicitation and approve the issuance of Purchase Order 2022-903 for BID 22-301 Purchase and Installation of a Manufactured Home for Cuscowilla, to Prestige Home Centers, Inc., in the amount of $108,366.00, as the lowest priced responsive and responsible bidder meeting specifications. Also, approve budget amendment 2022-896 to move budget from operating to capital.

Sufficient funds exist in the Wild Spaces Public Places fund and within the Cuscowilla Renovation Project 8204102 to cover this purchase. However, the attached budget amendment will move the budget into the correct project tiers and account lines for this purchase and an additional purchase in the near future that will be presented to the Board.

Background:
Per Board direction a public charrette was held to gather input from citizens on the future of then Camp McConnell now known as Cuscowilla Nature & Retreat Center ("Cuscowilla"). Overwhelmingly, the citizens requested capital improvements be made to the property to allow for day use including renovations to the Mess Hall, pool and trails and overnight camp amenities.
