Recommended Action
Approve the attached budget amendment, approve attached proposed Change Order #7, ratify the original GMP and change orders #1 through #6, and increase staff's delegated contract price authority from Two Million Dollars to Four Million Dollars in accordance with the piggybacked City of Gainesville Contract.
