Approve the issuance of Change Order 4 to Purchase Order 22-1452, to Certified Roofing & Construction, in the amount of $7,419.00, to add Owner Funds for items needed to have water and power connected to the new home under the Alachua County CDBG Housing Program, for the Community Support Services Department. The revised Purchase Order Total is $155,519.00.
