Description:
The State of Florida Department of Health (FDOH) is the agency operating and leasing a portion of 224th SE 24th Street in Gainesville, Florida. This is to request approval of the new Lease Agreement effective October 1, 2021 and ending September 30, 2026. This agreement shall supersede the 2001 agreement as amended by amendments one through eleven. This agreement is for a period of five (5) years to which all parties have agreed.
