Background:
Siemens has been the County’s annual service provider for Heavy Equipment HVAC Basic Services for the past three years. This amendment will renew the agreement for the third and final renewal term.
The new Tag Office on NW 34th Blvd opened this year. Preventive Maintenance services are added in order to maintain warranties on the new HVAC equipment.
Bid 20-18 Annual Heavy Equipment HVAC Basic Coverage advertised on April 17, 2019 and April 24, 2019. The Deadline for receipt of Bid 20-18 Annual Heavy Equipment HVAC Basic Coverage was June 5, 2019; five (5) vendors responded.
