Background:

Siemens Industry, Inc. has been the County’s provider of Heavy Equipment HVAC Basic Coverage for the past 3 years.

Water treatment for the boilers and chillers was included in the HVAC contract. Siemens Industry, Inc. was sub-contracting the water treatment to a third party.

We are removing the water treatment in order to contract directly with a water treatment vendor, to save on the pass-thru costs, and reduce the contract amount to Siemens.
