Background:
Siemens has been the County's annual service provider for Heavy Equipment HVAC Basic Services for the past three years. This amendment will renew the agreement for the third and final renewal term.
The new Tag Office on NW 34th Blvd opened this year. Preventive Maintenance services are added in order to maintain warranties on the new HVAC equipment.
