Background:

Alachua County has contracted with Public Consulting Group, LLC (PCG) to assist with the collection and submission of data and information for the Program for Emergency Medical Transportation (PEMT) program.  PCG assists with program requirements and compliance for both the Fee for Service (12%) and Managed Care programs (6%).

The current agreement expired on August 19, 2022.  The agreement utilized the Palm Beach County contract which met the procedures and processes of Alachua County Procurement Code, EX12-Federal, State, Supplies, Service.  Palm Beach County extended their agreement.  The contract allows for one (1) two-year term renewal.  The First Amendment extends the term through August 19, 2024.
