Background:

On December 8, 2020, the Board approved a new agreement for contractual services with Brooks Building Solutions and renewed the agreement for an additional one-year term on June 22, 2021.

In addition to renewing and extending the term, this First Amendment added coverage for additional buildings not previously covered (Wilson Building and Animal Services).

The Facilities Department has also implemented (QA/QC) quality assurance and quality control measures ensuring that the terms in the contract are achieved.

The Second Amendment again extended the term and added coverage for the Agriculture Center Office and Auditorium.
