Background:

LSF provides funding for MRT’s that respond to anyone under the age of 25 experiencing a crisis situation, 24 hours day.  Funding to implement the needed systems and staffing for the soon coming 988 crisis/emotional support line is also provided.  LSF previously added and increased funding which has not been fully utilized due to the time needed to recruit and hire staff, obtain a vehicle, and make physical changes to the Crisis Center telephone room.
