Description:

Amendment 103 with Lutheran Services of Florida, Inc., Reduction in funding to reallocate unused units of service. Due to the resignation of a long term supervisor, the unfortunate passing of the interim supervisor and Covid -19 restrictions, the Metamorphosis program has not billed its normal amount of units of service.  An analysis was performed by LSF and it was determined this reduction in funding could be reallocated to underfunded programs.
