Description:
Request Chair to sign the Memorandum of Agreement with the Suwannee River Water Management District, adopt the resolution for unanticipated revenue of $30,000 from grant funds, approve the corresponding budget amendment, and authorize an interfund loan.

Approve the budget amendment, adopt the resolution to recognize unanticipated revenue, approve an interfund loan, and authorize the chair to execute #12136 MOA with Suwannee River Water Management District on behalf of the County.

Prior Board Motions:
On September 22, 2020 the BOCC approved funding for the Santa Fe Lake Park Restroom. On September 28, 2021 the BoCC approved the purchase of (1) pre-cast concrete restroom for Santa Fe Lake Park

Fiscal Consideration:
Fiscal Consideration
This cost share funding from SRWMD will reimburse the County for the added expense of installing an enhanced septic system for nutrient removal instead of a traditional septic system. The system will be an Aerobic Treatment Unit (ATU) which will require an annual maintenance contract with an approved septic hauler and will have some energy demands associated with the pumps.

Project #6194107 - Santa Fe Lake Park - New Construction - Restrooms
Grant funds: 260.41.4100.337.7000 for revenue and 260.41.4100.572.62.00 for expenses. Other funding sources for this project include Fund 043 Boating Improvement Fund ($269,125) and Fund 021 Wild Spaces Public Places ($26,536).
