City Manager Lee Feldman presented a request for $87,500.00 in funding to assist with messaging regarding COVID 19.


County Manager Lieberman, Commissioner Cornell, Commissioner Byerly, County Manager Lieberman, Commissioner Chestnut, Commissioner Wheeler, Chair Hutchinson, City Manager Feldman, Commissioner Wheeler, Commissioner Cornell, Commissioner Byerly, and Communications Coordinator Mark Sexton presented comments.

Commissioner Cornell moved the following:

1. To ratify Emergency Order 20-50.
2. The County is to start messaging that the County will cut off individual and business applications by November 15, 2020.
3. That the November presentation that make eligible payroll cost be included which would include public safety reimbursements, not just FEMA Match but also FMLA extra 80 hour categories for both the County and the Municipalities.
