Background:
Santa Fe Lake Park is located at 24500 NE SR 26, Melrose, FL 32666 and is the only public boat ramp on the lake in Alachua County that can accommodate vessels with over 12 horsepower motors. The 5,850-acre lake is located entirely in Alachua County.
Installation of a play area, updates to the gazebo, and ADA compliant connectivity to all amenities were recently completed.
The Santa Fe Lake Park offers a newly installed play area including adjacent adult fitness, sidewalk connections to two ADA accessible existing picnic pavilions with gravel parking as well as boat launching facilities with a paved parking lot.
