1. Approve the solicitation award for BID 21-965 Cuscowilla Pool Renovations - Project # 8204102, to Electro Mechanic Industries, Inc. d/b/a Vermana, Inc., in the amount of $184,260.00, plus a 5% contingency amount of $9,213.00, for a total fiscal impact of $193,473.00, for restoration of the pool, pool equipment, and pool deck, as the lowest priced responsive and responsible bidder.

2. Delegate signature authority to the County Manager to sign the contract or approve staff to issue a purchase order.

Background:
Alachua County acquired the former YMCA summer camp and with the Board's approval began the revitalization of the buildings and pool. The goal is to reopen the property for summer camp 2021. The revitalization of the property will allow the County to generate revenue from camps and special events.
